Carrot loaf

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Oil or margarine
1 cup Sugar
2 eaches Eggs
1 cup Shredded carrots
cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt (optional)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ cup Milk
1 cup Raisins
