CUT A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF CARROTS INTO STRIPS - SO YOU HAVE 2 CUPFULS.

COOK THEM UNTIL THEY ARE TENDER AND DRAIN. MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN A SKILLET AND BRING TO A BOIL.
