Carrot ring moldmrs ogles

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
2cupsCooked carrots; mashed
1teaspoonOnion; minced
1teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonPepper
3Eggs; well beaten
½cupMilk
1cupSharp cheddar cheese; grated
1tablespoonFlour

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pour into well-greased ring mold. Bake at 350 F. for 40 minutes in a pan of hot water. Turn out onto plate and fill center with peas, lima beans or whatever and decorate around mold with hot or pickled beets.
