Carrot mold

| ½ | cup | Browm Sugar |
| 1 | cup | Shortening |
| 1 | Egg | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1¼ | cup | Flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking Soda |
| 1½ | cup | Grated Carrots |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
Cream together brown sugar and shortening. Then add all other ingredients and mix. Pour into 6 cup ring mold. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
