Measure | Ingredient |

2 pounds | Lean ground beef |
½ cup | Onion -- chopped |
½ cup | Green pepper -- chopped |

¼ cup | Milk |
½ cup | Quick-cooking oats |

Heat oven to 375°. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and shape into a loaf in a loaf pan. Bake for about 1 hour 15 minutes.
