| 5 mediums | Sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled |
| 1 teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 cup | Brown sugar |
| 3 tablespoons | Flour |
| 2 tablespoons | Butter |
| 8 \N | Marshmallows |
| ½ cup | Nuts |
| 1 cup | Half-and-half |
Cut sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and place in a 9x13-inch pan.
Mix together salt, brown sugar, flour and butter until crumbly and sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Arrange marshmallows on top and sprinkle with nuts. Pour half-and-half over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
