Carameled sweet potatoes

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 mediums Sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Brown sugar
3 tablespoons Flour
2 tablespoons Butter
8 \N Marshmallows
½ cup Nuts
1 cup Half-and-half

Cut sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and place in a 9x13-inch pan.

Mix together salt, brown sugar, flour and butter until crumbly and sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Arrange marshmallows on top and sprinkle with nuts. Pour half-and-half over top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
