Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Old fashioned rolled oats |
| ⅓ | cup | Butter or margarine |
| 1 | cup | Boiling water |
| Add & stir: | ||
| ¾ | cup | Cornmeal |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chicken or beef instant bouillon |
| ½ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | cup | Shredded cheddar cheese |
| 1 | Egg, beaten | |
| Add in, one cup at a time: | ||
| 2 | cups | To 3 c whole wheat or bread flour |
Directions
"This is a great recipe that I make once in awhile for our 2 dogs.
They love them and I know whats in them!!" - K. Conder Combine & let stand 15 minutes: Add flour to form a stiff dough. Knead until smooth and no longer sticky, 3 4 minutes. Roll or pat out dough to ½" thickness; cut w/ a bone cookie cutter or sm.biscuit cutter. Place 1" apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.Store loosely covered.
