¼ cup | Whole wheat flour; |
½ teaspoon | Baking powder; |
2 tablespoons | Wheat germ; |
½ cup | Raisins; chopped |
½ teaspoon | Baking soda; |
1 tablespoon | Water; |
Mix ingredients in bowl. Last adding the soda disolved in water.
