Microwave dog cookies

Ingredients

1 | cup | Flour |
½ | cup | Wheat germ |
½ | cup | Dry milk |
¼ | cup | Corn meal |
1 | tablespoon | Instant beef bouillon granules |
⅓ | cup | Shortening |
1 | Egg slightly beaten | |
½ | cup | Water |
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Add shortening and mix until mixture resembles course cornmeal. Add egg and water. Mix till you can form a ball. Knead until smooth and elastic, roll on floured board to ¼ inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutters. Place on cardboard. Microwave 5-6 minutes. Turn over and continue till crispy (3-4 more minutes). Cool on wire rack.
