Campbell's creamy chicken & vegetables

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Skinless boneless chicken
\N \N Breast halves
⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder
\N \N Vegetable cooking spray
10¾ ounce Can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
½ cup Milk
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Dried basil leaves --
\N \N Crushed
16 ounces Bag frozen vegetable combination *

Prep time: 5 min. Cooking time: 25 min.

* Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots.

Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder. Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat 1 minute. Cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned. Set chicken aside.

Add soup, milk, lemon juice, basil and vegetables. Heat to a boil.

Return chicken to pan. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until chicken is done.

Serves 4.
