Campbell's skillet herb roasted chicken

Ingredients

¼teaspoonGround sage
¼teaspoonDried thyme leaves -- crushed
4Skinless boneless chicken breast halves OR--
8Skinless boneless chicken thighs
Vegetable cooking spray
10¾ounceCan reduced fat cream of chicken soup
½cupWater
4cupsHot cooked rice

Directions

Prep teim: 10 min. Cooking time: 20 min.

Mix sage and thyme. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning mixture.

Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat 1 minute.

Cook chicken 15 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove and keep warm. Add soup and water. Reduce heat to low. Heat through. Serve over chicken and rice.

Serves 4.
