Camp tuna and rice

| 2 | cans | Tuna; and liquid |
| 1 | cup | Quick-cooking brown rice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Instant dried onikon |
| 2 | tablespoons | Green pepper flakes |
| 1¾ | cup | Boiling water |
Directions
Heat tuna in its oil in a skillet. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes.
