Camp tuna and rice

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cans Tuna; and liquid
1 cup Quick-cooking brown rice
2 tablespoons Instant dried onikon
2 tablespoons Green pepper flakes
1¾ cup Boiling water

Heat tuna in its oil in a skillet. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes.
