Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Cooked wild rice |
1 can | (12 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained |
½ cup | Chopped celery |
½ cup | Diced onions |
6 larges | Ripe tomatoes (up to 8) |
Combine rice, tuna, onion, and celery in a bowl with enough mayonnaise to hold ingredients loosely together. Season to taste and chill. Prepare tomatoes by turning stme end down, cut down, but not quite through, making a total of 6 wedges. Spoon stuffing into tomatoes. Garnish and serve.
