California corn bread mix with recipe

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Biquick
½ cup Cornmeal
½ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Baking powder CORN BREAD:
1 pack Mix
2 \N Eggs
1 cup Milk
½ cup Butter, melted

Mix: Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.

California Corn Bread: Combine all ingredients until smooth. Bake at 400 in a greased 8" square pan 30 minutes. 4-6 servings.
