California blend casserole

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground beef, lean
½ cup Onion -- diced
1 large Bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 Box stove top dressing prepared as directed
American cheese slices
2 cans Cream of mushroom soup

Brown ground beef with onion, drain off the fat and place in the bottom of a large casserole dish, pour the bag of frozen vegetables over meat mixture, arrange cheese slices over top of vegetables and cover with the soup. Top with the prepared dressing and bake at 350* for 1¼ hours.
