| 2 | cups | All purpose flour |
| 1½ | cup | Sugar |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Soda |
| Pinch of salt | ||
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1 | large | Can crushed pineapple |
| Icing | ||
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | cup | Pecans |
| 1 | Stick of margarine | |
| 1 | cup | Coconut |
| 1 | small | Can of Pet milk |
Directions
Mix the cake ingredients together and bake in a 9x13 inch pan. Icing: Combine sugar, margarine and Pet milk. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and coconut. Pour over cake. Randy Rigg
