Yield: 8 Servings
|½ cup||Chopped onion|
|⅔ cup||Chopped red bell peppers|
|2||Cloves garlic; minced|
|1 cup||Chopped celery|
|¼ cup||Chopped parsley|
|2 ounces||Pimientos; drained|
|1½ teaspoon||Seasoned salt|
|½ teaspoon||Red pepper|
|10¾ ounce||Cream of mushroom soup; lowfat|
|1 cup||Cooked crabmeat|
|1 cup||Cooked shrimp|
|8 smalls||Pie shells|
Cook rice according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a medium skillet, saute next 7 ingredients. Add seasonings and mix until blended. Add soup and stir well. Add crabmeat, shrimp and cooked rice. Stir to combine.
Place ⅓ to ½ cup of mixture into each pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees F.
for 20 minutes. Serves 8
