Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Rice |
½ cup | Chopped onion |
⅔ cup | Chopped red bell peppers |
2 \N | Cloves garlic; minced |
1 cup | Chopped celery |
¼ cup | Chopped parsley |
2 ounces | Pimientos; drained |
¼ cup | Margarine |
1½ teaspoon | Seasoned salt |
½ teaspoon | Red pepper |
10¾ ounce | Cream of mushroom soup; lowfat |
1 cup | Cooked crabmeat |
1 cup | Cooked shrimp |
8 smalls | Pie shells |
Cook rice according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a medium skillet, saute next 7 ingredients. Add seasonings and mix until blended. Add soup and stir well. Add crabmeat, shrimp and cooked rice. Stir to combine.
Place ⅓ to ½ cup of mixture into each pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees F.
for 20 minutes. Serves 8
