Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Rice |
| ½ | cup | Chopped onion |
| ⅔ | cup | Chopped red bell peppers |
| 2 | Cloves garlic; minced | |
| 1 | cup | Chopped celery |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped parsley |
| 2 | ounces | Pimientos; drained |
| ¼ | cup | Margarine |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Seasoned salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Red pepper |
| 10¾ | ounce | Cream of mushroom soup; lowfat |
| 1 | cup | Cooked crabmeat |
| 1 | cup | Cooked shrimp |
| 8 | smalls | Pie shells |
Directions
Cook rice according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a medium skillet, saute next 7 ingredients. Add seasonings and mix until blended. Add soup and stir well. Add crabmeat, shrimp and cooked rice. Stir to combine.
Place ⅓ to ½ cup of mixture into each pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees F.
for 20 minutes. Serves 8
