Cajun beans over corm muffins

Yield: 13 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ each Pk frozen corn muffins (3 muffins) 8 oz can stewed tomatoes
1 teaspoon Instant chicken bouillon 15 oz can great northern beans granules 1 tsp minced onion
⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder
½ cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Diced dried green pepper
1 each Or 2 drops tabasco sauce



Bake muffins per package. Combine undrained beans, undrained tomatoes, and all but cheese in medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Split muffins. Spoon beans over muffins and sprinkle with cheese.
