I suspect that this will keep indefinitely w/o refrigeration since it has so much vinegar in it--if you know differently, let me know. (However, my bottle is already half gone so this may not be a problem.) >So, what is a mercot?
Ahh, sorry. It's a kind of citrus, I think a variety of tangerine. Very sweet and an excellent flavor.
