Maple-tomatillo-habanero sauce

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
6Purple tomatillos; (up to 8)
1Carribean red hab; or 2 or 3 red savinas
½teaspoonSalt
¼cupWater
3tablespoonsVermont maple syrup

Directions

Put all ingerdients in a small saucepan. Cook 15 min. Pulverise with a Braun hand mixer.

Simmer another 45 min. Strain.

Don't know what I'll use it for yet, but it tastes great.
