Maple-tomatillo-habanero sauce

Ingredients

| 6 | Purple tomatillos; (up to 8) | |
| 1 | Carribean red hab; or 2 or 3 red savinas | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | cup | Water |
| 3 | tablespoons | Vermont maple syrup |
Directions
Put all ingerdients in a small saucepan. Cook 15 min. Pulverise with a Braun hand mixer.
Simmer another 45 min. Strain.
Don't know what I'll use it for yet, but it tastes great.
