Caesar salad with shrimp

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Romaine Lettuce; Torn
½ pounds Medium Shrimp; Cooked
½ cup Garlic Crutons
⅓ cup Cesar Salad Dressing; Purchased
2 Whole eggs; hard-boiled, Chopped
1 ounce Parmesan Cheese; Shredded

In medium bowl, combine lettuce, shrimp and croutons. Add dressing; toss gently to coat. To serve, arrange salad on 2 individual salad plates.
