C&h blueberry sauce

Ingredients

½cupC&H Granulated Cane Sugar
1pintFresh blueberries OR
2cupsThawed frozen blueberries
1Juice of lemon
1teaspoonCornstarch
¼cupCold water

Directions

In medium saucepan, combine sugar, blueberries and lemon juice; stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Combine cornstarch and water; add and cook until thickened. Chill before serving. Top with additional blueberries if desired. Makes about 1½ to 2 cups.
