Buttermilk glaze

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
½ cup Buttermilk
½ cup Butter or margarine; melted
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon White Karo syrup

Mix all ingredients and let stand for the hour that the cake is baking. When cake is out of the pan pour the glaze over it.
