Bulgar beef

Ingredients

| 1¼ | cup | Water | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Instant beef bouillon granules | 
| ¾ | cup | Bulgar wheat | 
| 1 | pack | (10 oz) frozen peas | 
| ½ | cup | Sliced green onions | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Shredded lemon peel | 
| 1 | Clove garlic; minced | |
| 1½ | cup | Cubed cooked beef | 
| ½ | cup | Peanuts | 
| Lemon wedges; for garnish | ||
Directions
In a 2 quart Microwave dish, Microwave water with bouillon, covered on High for 6 minutes, to boiling. Add bulgar. Let stand for 15 minutes. Stir in peas, green onions, soy sauce, lemon peel and garlic. Microwave on High for 1-3 minutes until peas are tender, stirring once. Stir in beef and peanuts. 
Microwave on Higfh for 3-4 minutes until heated through. Garnish with lemon wedges.
