1 tablespoon | Sesame seeds |
3 tablespoons | Sake |
2 tablespoons | Water |
3 tablespoons | Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | Sesame oil |
\N \N | Chili pepper |
\N \N | Salt |
\N \N | Half an onion; thinly sliced |
Freeze beef for half an hour, so you can slice it very thinly. Make marinade :Place sesame seeds in a frying pan and cook until they achieve a pale brown color. this should take a few minutes. Shake pan often. Powder toasted seeds in a coffee grinder. Chop spring onions. Combine all the ingredients and marinate sliced beef for 1 hour. Grill beef .
