Yield: 16 brownies
|1 cup||Undiluted evaporated milk|
|10 ounces||Miniature marshmallows or large marshmallows, quartered|
|3 \N||Sqrs unsweetened chocolate|
|3 cups||Graham-cracker crumbs|
|1 cup||Chopped nuts|
|½ teaspoon||Vanilla extract|
Put first five ingredients in heavy saucepan and, stirring, bring to full rolling boil over medium heat. Boil, stirring, five minutes. The remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in buttered 9" square pan and chill until firm. Then dip knife in hot water and cut in 2¼" squares, or smaller if preferred.
