Brown rice o'brien

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Green onions; chopped
2 tablespoons Oil or shortening
Salt & pepper
½ cup Green pepper; chopped
3 cups Hot cooked rice

Saute onions and peppers in oil until tender. Add rice. Toss lightly, add salt & pepper Serves 6.
