Ingredients

¾Stick butter or margarine
1cupWater
1canMushrooms; drained
1teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
1smallOnion; grated
1canBeef bouillon or consomme

Directions

Mix all ingredients in covered casserole. Place foil between dish & lid to form a tight cover. Bake 1 hour at 350. Fluff with fork before serving.

Keeps warm 30 minutes or longer. Good with game, poultry, beef or pork.
