1 | cup | Rice |
¾ | Stick butter or margarine | |
1 | cup | Water |
1 | can | Mushrooms; drained |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | small | Onion; grated |
1 | can | Beef bouillon or consomme |
Mix all ingredients in covered casserole. Place foil between dish & lid to form a tight cover. Bake 1 hour at 350. Fluff with fork before serving.
Keeps warm 30 minutes or longer. Good with game, poultry, beef or pork.
