Yield: 4 Servings
|1 large||Bunch fresh broccoli; cut in pieces (4-5 c|
|¼ cup||Diced red onion|
|10||Strips bacon; fried, crumbled|
|1 cup||Sunflower seeds|
Dressing 3 tbsp. sugar ½ c. lite mayonnaise or regular 1 tbsp. vinegar.
Put washed, well-drained broccoli pieces in large glass bowl. Add raisins, onion, bacon and sunflower seeds. Mix together dressing ingredients; pour over salad. Refrigerate. (May be made ahead, but add bacon just before serving.)
