Broccoli custard

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Chopped broccoli
2 cups Creamy cottage cheese
1 can (8-oz) whole kernel corn; drained
4 Eggs; beaten
⅓ cup Chopped green onion
1 cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 dash Tabasco
¼ cup Melted butter
⅔ cup Seasoned bread crumbs

Place broccoli in a greased casserole 1x7x2 inches. Combine cottage cheese, eggs in a large bowl -- mix well. Add onion, corn, cheese and pepper sauce.

Mix and pour over broccoli. Melt butter and mix well with bread crumbs.

Spread over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
