Broccoli custard

Ingredients

2poundsChopped broccoli
2cupsCreamy cottage cheese
1can(8-oz) whole kernel corn; drained
4Eggs; beaten
cupChopped green onion
1cupCheddar cheese; shredded
1dashTabasco
¼cupMelted butter
cupSeasoned bread crumbs

Directions

Place broccoli in a greased casserole 1x7x2 inches. Combine cottage cheese, eggs in a large bowl -- mix well. Add onion, corn, cheese and pepper sauce.

Mix and pour over broccoli. Melt butter and mix well with bread crumbs.

Spread over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
