Corn custard

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Ears of corn, cut off the
\N \N Cob
2 cups Milk
2 tablespoons Sugar
3 \N Eggs
1 tablespoon Flour
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
