½ cup | Onion; diced |
½ cup | Celery; diced (optional) |
1 can | 1-quart canning jars |
1 can | Cream Of Mushroom Soup |
1 \N | Jar; (8 Oz.) Processed Cheese Spread |
1 pack | (10 Oz.) frozen chopped broccoli; ste |
3 cups | Rice; Cooked |

Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Mix with soups, cheese, broccoli and 1 cup of the rice. Grease a large casserole dish and line with remaining rice. Add broccoli mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 6-8 servings. Note: If you want to make this into a main dish, mix in 2 to 3 cups cooked, diced chicken or turkey.
