Broccoli, rice and cheese casserole

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
½ cup Onion; diced
½ cup Celery; diced (optional)
1 can 1-quart canning jars
1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 Jar; (8 Oz.) Processed Cheese Spread
1 pack (10 Oz.) frozen chopped broccoli; ste
3 cups Rice; Cooked

Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Mix with soups, cheese, broccoli and 1 cup of the rice. Grease a large casserole dish and line with remaining rice. Add broccoli mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 6-8 servings. Note: If you want to make this into a main dish, mix in 2 to 3 cups cooked, diced chicken or turkey.
