Broccoli, rice and cheese casserole

| ½ | cup | Onion; diced |
| ½ | cup | Celery; diced (optional) |
| 1 | can | 1-quart canning jars |
| 1 | can | Cream Of Mushroom Soup |
| 1 | Jar; (8 Oz.) Processed Cheese Spread | |
| 1 | pack | (10 Oz.) frozen chopped broccoli; ste |
| 3 | cups | Rice; Cooked |
| Paprika | ||
Directions
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Mix with soups, cheese, broccoli and 1 cup of the rice. Grease a large casserole dish and line with remaining rice. Add broccoli mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 6-8 servings. Note: If you want to make this into a main dish, mix in 2 to 3 cups cooked, diced chicken or turkey.
