Breakfast pizza- low fat

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Reduced-fat turkey sausage
1 Italian (16-ounce) bread
Shell
1 cup (4 ounces) reduced-fat
Shredded cheddar
Cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) reduced-fat
Mozzarella cheese
¼ cup Egg substitute
¼ cup Skim milk
¼ teaspoon Dried oregano
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Brown meat in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until it crumbles.

Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Spread over bread shell; sprinkle with cheeses. Combine egg substitute and next 3 ingredients; pour over cheese. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
