Breakfast pineapple pizzas

Yield: 5 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Pineaspple tidbits
½ cup Pizza sauce
1 teaspoon Oregano -- crumbled
5 \N English muffins -- split
10 slices Green pepper
10 slices Bacon; cooked -- halved
1¼ cup Mozzarella or cheddar
\N \N Cheese

Drain pineapple, reserve 1 c for garnish. Combine pizza sauce and oregano in small bowl. Top each toasted muffin half with sauce mixture, pepper, bacon, pineapple, and cheese. Broil or bake in 500 F oven for 2 to 4 minutes or until cheese melts. Top each with reserved pineapple.
