Homemade low-fat pizza

Ingredients

1cupWarm water
1teaspoonSugar (NOT Sweet'N Low!)
cupFlour
1teaspoonSalt, lite (optional) Basic Sauce
1canSpaghetti Sauce,26oz/fatfree
1canTomato paste 6 oz.
½poundsGround turkey,cooked,drained
½teaspoonGarlic powder
½teaspoonDried basil
¼teaspoonDried oregano
½teaspoonDried thyme Toppings
1canMushroom stems & pcs. 8 oz.
¼cupOnion, chopped
¼cupGreen pepper, chopped
cupMozzarella cheese, non-fat
¼cupParmesan Cheese, fat-free

Directions

Crust: Dissolve yeast in ¼ cup warm water, add sugar and let stand 10 minutes. Add remaining water, flour, and salt and beat very well until dough is completely smooth. Dough will be sticky but no kneading is required. Place dough in a bowl sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour. Divide dough in half and let stand 10 minutes. Dough will be very elastic.

Roll out into two 8 inch circles.

To top: Place crust dough on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray. Spoon sauce mixture on top of the two crusts. Top with any combination of the above choices.
