Braised cabbage

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Cabbage;shredded
3 \N Carrot;grated;
3 tablespoons Butter
4 \N Chives;stalks
\N \N Salt;
\N \N Pepper;
2 tablespoons Vinegar

In skillet heat butter until foamy. Add chives and saute until tender. Add green cabbage and carrots.

Saute over high heat until tender but crisp, about 4 minutes. Add vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
