2poundsOkra; tops trimmed and chopped into bite size pieces
2tablespoonsVegetable broth
1largeOnion; chopped
1largeGreen pepper; chopped
1can(28 oz) whole tomatoes + juice or 3-4 large tomatoes, chopped
3largesCloves garlic; minced (up to 4)
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Throw everything into a large pot, cover, and cook on medium heat until tender, about an hour.
