Sauteed okra

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
500 grams Okra pods
¼ cup Butter; melted
¼ cup Sherry

Wash okra, leave stems on. Place over boiling water and steam for about 15 minutes or until tender. Eat with fingers, dipping okra into melted butter and wine, or pour butter-mixture over okra.
