Yield: 1 Servings
|3 cups||Fresh Okra; in 2 inch pieces|
|1 can||(14-16 oz.) whole tomatoes; (or fresh)|
|Olive or vegetable oil; for sauteeing|
|Fresh ground Pepper|
Sautee' the onion to soft, add Okra and tomatos. Simmer covered for 20 minutes.
