20Okra, fresh young ones
¼cupWater
¼cupVinegar
½cupPork, diced
3tablespoonsPatis (fish sauce)
4clovesGarlic,crushed
1Onion, chopped
1teaspoonPepper

Directions

Wash and parboil the okra in the water. Set aside. Fry the pork. Push to one side of the pan. Saute garlic, onion and okra. Season with vinegar, patis, & pepper. Cook until okra is tender crisp.
