Bleu cheese coleslaw

Ingredients

| ¼ | pounds | Bleu cheese; crumbled |
| 1 | cup | Sour cream |
| 3 | tablespoons | Grated cheddar cheese |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Thinly sliced green onion; (1 1/2 to 2) |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Fresh lemon juice |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped chives |
| 1 | tablespoon | Red wine vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Freshly ground pepper |
Directions
