Bleu cheese coleslaw

Yield: 5 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Tart green apples; cored and chopped
\N \N (about 5 cups)
3 cups Thinly sliced cabbage; (3 to 5)
¼ pounds Bleu cheese; crumbled
1 cup Sour cream
3 tablespoons Grated cheddar cheese
1½ tablespoon Thinly sliced green onion; (1 1/2 to 2)
1½ tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Chopped chives
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
