Blue ribbon coleslaw

Ingredients

| 8 | cups | Shredded white cabbage |
| 2 | mediums | Carrots; grated |
| ½ | cup | Sliced radishes |
| ¾ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| ½ | cup | White vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Mustard seeds |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix until well-blended. (For best results, refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.) Makes 6 to 8 servings.
