Blue ribbon coleslaw

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 cups Shredded white cabbage
2 mediums Carrots; grated
½ cup Sliced radishes
¾ cup Mayonnaise
½ cup White vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Mustard seeds
1½ teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Salt

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix until well-blended. (For best results, refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.) Makes 6 to 8 servings.
