| 2 | cups | Bread flour; 3 cups |
| 2 | tablespoons | Nonfat dry milk powder; 3T |
| 2 | teaspoons | Sugar; 1 Tab. |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry minced onions; 1 1/2 tsp. |
| ½ | teaspoon | Med. grind Java Black Pepper*; 3/4 tsp. |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Garlic powder; 1/4 tsp. |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Active dry yeast; 2 tsp. for bread machine |
Directions
Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer. * If using a finer grind of pepper, reduce the amount to ¼ tsp. for either loaf size.
Recommended cycle: Basic/ white bread cycle; medium/ normal color setting.
