⅓ cup | Baking Powder |
1 cup | Powdered Milk |
2 tablespoons | Powdered Milk |
4 teaspoons | Salt |
1¾ cup | Vegetable Shortening |
Sift all the dry ingredients together. Cut the shortening into the flour mixture until the mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Store, well covered, in a cool dry place. Use for pancakes, waffles, biscuits, etc.
