| 9 | cups | Cake Flour, Sifted |
| ⅓ | cup | Baking Powder |
| 1 | cup | Powdered Milk |
| 2 | tablespoons | Powdered Milk |
| 4 | teaspoons | Salt |
| 1¾ | cup | Vegetable Shortening |
Directions
Sift all the dry ingredients together. Cut the shortening into the flour mixture until the mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Store, well covered, in a cool dry place. Use for pancakes, waffles, biscuits, etc.
