Biscuit mix (bisquick-alike)

Measure Ingredient
9 cups Cake Flour, Sifted
⅓ cup Baking Powder
1 cup Powdered Milk
2 tablespoons Powdered Milk
4 teaspoons Salt
1¾ cup Vegetable Shortening

Sift all the dry ingredients together. Cut the shortening into the flour mixture until the mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Store, well covered, in a cool dry place. Use for pancakes, waffles, biscuits, etc.
