1canSalsa tomatoes with chipotle
1canDiced tomatoes & green chile
1tablespoonCumin
1can16 oz tomato sauce
1cupDiced onion
1cupDiced celery
2tablespoonsSugar
1teaspoonBeau monde (or salt)
Garlic pepper to taste
3teaspoonsJalapenos, canned, chopped

Directions

In large bowl, combine all ingredients, and do NOT drain canned tomatoes. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least overnight.

This is a great salsa for homemade Mexican dishes!
