Betty's southern pecan dainties

Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| 1 | pounds | Light brown sugar |
| 3 | cups | Pecans; chopped |
| 3 | Egg whites; beaten | |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Drop by scant tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
