Pecan delight

Ingredients

| 20 | eaches | Round buttery crackers; roll |
| 1 | cup | Sugar; fine |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| 1 | cup | Finely chopped pecans |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
| 1 | x | Whipped cream |
Directions
Grease 9" glass piepan. Beat egg whites til stiff; fold in sugar, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
Beat until stiff. Fold in cracker crumbs & chopped pecans. Pour mix into piepan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins. Top with==>> whipped cream. Yield: 6-8 servings.
