Better than potato salad #1

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Cooked brown rice
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 Hard-boiled eggs; chopped
¼ cup Sweet pickle relish
¼ cup Chopped onion
Salt & pepper
1 teaspoon Mustard

Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly and chill.
