Beef stew #7

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Round steak; or chuck roast
2 \N Onions
3 larges Potatoes
6 \N Carrots
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper
2 cans Cream of mushroom soup; condensed
\N \N Water

Brown meat with onions, salt, pepper, and a little oil. Add cut up potatoes and carrots. Add 1 or 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, and about ½ as mu water. Cook till done - either oven, stove top, or slow cooker. Makes its o gravy.
