Bean and cheese casserole

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Chopped onion
2 teaspoons Chili powder
1 can Pork & beans (16 oz.)
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup Diced green pepper
2 tablespoons Butter or oleo
3 cups Elbow macaroni, cooked
½ cup Milk
½ teaspoon Salt
Green pepper rings

Cook onion, green pepper and chili powder in butter until tender.

In casserole, combine onion mixture with beans, macaroni, cheese, milk and salt. Bake at 400 F. for 30 minutes or until hot. Garnish with green pepper rings.
